Where's the Universe - Dark Matter Discovered?

A recent report on the BBC covers the detection (at FermiLab Chicago) of signals that could be consistent with the existence of Dark Matter. Dark Matter accounts (theoretically) for 25% of the missing mass of the Universe. 70% of the universe's mass is posited to be 'Dark Energy'. What we can see is only 5% of the mass of the Universe. So, that Dark and hidden 95% is what is said to be slowing down the expansion of the Universe.
